If you’re a developer or an IT professional, Database Master is sure to put a big smile on your face. That is because this is a handy tool that has a lot of handy functionality to offer: support for multiple database systems, powerful SQL&JSON query editor, LINQ query editor, data import and export, user management, SSH tunneling, and more. Lots of powerful functionality is put at your disposal by this modern database development and management tool.

Database Master works with 32 as well as 64-bit Windows editions, from Windows 8 and Server 2012 down to XP and Server 2003. Getting the application up and running on a Windows PC is a standard procedure, meaning you will have to download an .MSI installer, run it, then follow the instructions presented by a setup wizard. Just moments later you will be done with the process.

When you launch Database Master for the first time, you will be presented with a Project Selector prompt that will ask you to start a new project, open an existing project, or select a recent project. Choose to start a new project and you will have to provide a project path and set up new connections. There are a lot of choices in the Connection Setup dialog: MongoDB, Oracle, SQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL, NuoDB, SQLAzure, FireBird, SQLite, Odbc, OleDb, Ingres, DB2, Informix, Netezza, EffiProz, MSAccess, XML, FoxPro, dBase.

As a developer or IT professional, you are sure to quickly figure out the application’s interface. The thing that deserves mentioning here is that from the Style button located in the upper right hand corner you can pick a style for the interface: Metro, Office 2010 Blue, Office 2010 Silver, Office 2010 Black, Visual Studio 2010, Windows 7, Office 2004 Blue, Office 2007 Black, Office 2007 Silver, Vista Glass, and Custom Scheme.

As you noticed when setting up a new connection, Database Master provides support for a long list of database systems. The list of features the application has to offer is quite long as well: SQL&JSON query editor, LINQ query editor, data and data package import and export, user management, SSH tunneling, database object reports and system reports, table data editor, and more.
